Q&A:I used it well while i bought it, but only a few weeks, when i use it again, it doesn't work, what's wrong? / It can read a magnetic card but can't write, why?
Answer: There is a battery inside MSR PRO, it will help the device to have more power the USB port power is not enough.Usually the power of the USB port is 5V, but reading a magnetic card needs about 5.5 V, writing a card needs 12V.It takes more energy of writing a card than reading a card.when there is enough power, it will work well, but when the power runs out, it will fail to read or write a card.So please charge it with your phone charger for 1~3 hours before you use it, it will work well again.
