This Wesco 210124 three-mode cylinder truck can be used for transporting up to two gas cylinders with 9.25" maximum diameters and a maximum combined weight of 500 lb. The frame has a spring-loaded position lock mechanism that allows the truck to be configured in two-wheel, four-wheel, and storage configurations. It measures 29 x 18.5 x 42.25 inches (W x D x H) overall in two-wheel mode, 29 x 32 x 37 inches (W x D x H) in four-wheel mode, and 29 x 26 x 42.25 inches (W x D x H) in storage mode. The noseplate measures 16.875 x 7.25 inches (W x D). (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back; H is height, the vertical distance from bottom to top.) The truck comes with a safety chain to help secure the cylinder while stationary or in transit. It has two 8" moldon rubber wheels and two 3" swivel casters for maneuverability.
