Dudios Zeus Air has a cute appearance, HiFi stereo sound and Binaural Call technology. We collect several issues you may have when in usage.
▶Q: How to ensure a HiFi Sound quality？
   A: The key to ensuring sound quality is the fit of the foam or rubber to the listener, kindly choose suitable earpiece to wear, or you may lose up to 30-75% of sound quality.

▶Q: Why could I hear the microphonic issue when wearing the earbuds in walking?
   A: Some customers may have this issue when wear rubber earbuds, we suggest changing to foam one to check.

▶Q: I don’ t feel comfortable to wear it, and it’ s easy to fall off.
   A: Kindly choose suitable angle and earpieces to wear earbuds, we have 4 pair earpieces for you to choose, one pair(M) has on earbuds.

▶Q: My left and right earbud could not connect with each other?
   A: While the earbuds are off, press and hold the multifunction buttons for around 20s until red and white indicators flash alternatively, then turn off after 3 times quick flash. And then re-take it from charging case, it will connect with each other automatically.
