Skerton Ceramic Coffee Mill
Unlike a metal blade grinder that only cuts the beans, this burr grinder crushes beans and releases more of the flavor. In addition, the ceramic millstone does not give off a smell and will never rust. Furthermore, the millstone slides smoothly and is easier to use than metal.
Ceramic and stainless steel construction makes grinder fully washable
The container can be used to store the coffee grounds
Adjusting knob allows you to set the coarseness of the grind.
Cover keeps coffee beans from flying out when they are being ground
Resistant to picking up oders and stains so it will always make delicious coffee
Hario Drip Pot Woodneck
Make rich-tasting, manually-brewed coffee like a professional. The filter, which can be used many times, is made of a soft, woven, cotton flannel. This allows the ground coffee to expand more completely than in a typical dripper and better extract all the rich flavors of the coffee beans.
As with all pour-over methods, experimentation will help you achieve "your" perfect brew. The re-usable cloth filter imparts different qualities to that of paper filters. A very clean, full-bodied cup results from correct use of the drip pot. The cloth filter needs thorough rinsing before first use. The filter should be kept moist; some prefer to keep in the fridge in an airtight container, others swear by keeping the filter in the freezer.
Experimentation is all part of the learning curve associated with pour-over coffee. Woodneck comes with full instructions to get you started.
