Q: The external device cannot be recognized by computer
A: 1. As insufficient power supply, the dvd drive should be attached directly to your laptop (CPU box), or use a powered USB hub.

3. Try it with another computer.

Q: Cannot play CD/DVD
A: 1. Ensure cd is placed well and not scratched.
2. Install VLC Media player

Q: Cannot burn disk
A: Blank cd is unformatted, please download the burning software.
