The ATI DV Wonder allows you to capture video from your Digital Video camcorder through an IEEE 1394 FireWire cable to your computer. Edit footage from your DV camcorder and add dozens of visual effects, music, titles, and more.

Essentially an expansion card for your PC, the DV Wonder plugs into an available PCI slot and gives you three FireWire ports. You can connect any number of FireWire-enabled accessories to these ports, items such as external hard drives, CD-R/RW drives, and digital scanners.

With the included video editing software, you can control your camcorder from your PC effortlessly: play, pause, rewind, fast-forward to go directly to the sequences you want. Capture the video to your hard drive and edit to create productions in MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 format. When you've finished editing your footage, transfer it back to your DV camcorder or save it on a recordable CD or DVD to play back on a CD-R/DVD-R compliant DVD player.
