Warm Notice
1. It is only compatible with USB-C port (Thunderbolt 3 compatible) notebooks with DP alt mode. (Note: NOT for USB-C smartphones and tablet.)
2. The adapter only supports an external hard drive the size 2.5'' and capacity less than 1TB due to the power requirement.
3. When HDMI display, the PD charging port/ SD card reader/ USB 3.0 ports/ Ethernet port can also be used at the same time. And if disconnect PD charging while system working, the computer will re-test the devices connected. (U Disk/ hard drive will be out, but will automatically appear the pop-up message within a few seconds).
4. Supported resolutions and refresh rates of the adapter are entirely dependent on the USB-C host devices and connected display specifications.
5. 4K Resolution requires a 4K equipped source, HDMI cable and output display.
6. Because certain monitors may turn on and off every minute as connected with a long HDMI cable, we highly recommend using a HDMI cable within 5.9ft to connect your display for stable output.
